I offer night doula services from day one through to baby's first bites and work for 8-12hrs each night. 

• Night care so that you can sleep through the night; I will burp, change, and rock baby to sleep while you snooze and bring baby back to you (or bottle feed myself) when they're hungry
• Assistance with breastfeeding
• Guide you through learning soothing techniques and healthy sleep rituals
• Clean and sterilize bottles and pumping supplies
• Take care of baby's laundry
• Help with dishes and tidying up 
• Support with sleep training
• Answer any and all questions that arise along the way!
